I started my journey with Yoga 15 years ago . When I become pregnant 13 years ago with my first son, Garmukh was my in house guru. (On a disc).
Being immersed in children
Prenatal Yoga and postnatal Yoga for 10 years and when I have decided no more births….Guru Cynthia Zak (creator of Yoga Music- YOMU) came into my life .
Yoga Music combines 2 areas that I missed in my life, music and dance, to complete my wholesome self.
Connecting my life journey as a mom, as an art teacher together with my religion, and my Yoga.
I continued my education in Yoga for special needs and autistic children (Creative Relaxation by Louise Goldberg), I have met the most amazing angels in the form of special children.
Seeing the smile of an eight year old that never spoke a word, trying to sing and move to the music, I felt that I was on the right path, it doesn't matter how small and insignificant I feel, at this moment, the 'now’ with the children, I delivered a gift that they were all waiting to receive.
While the spoken language is not my own, physical abilities are not my talent, but Yoga Music gave me the cosmic language to approach all living souls. I'm eternally great full for learning the Yoga path and pass it on to others. Especially young children that cannot express in words or actions their emotions. Safely, gently, they can be understood now, there caregivers see them in a different light, they are not disabled little people, they are able!
You just have to find their language with music and movement.
Grateful to my teachers:
Ms. Cynthia Zak.
Ms. Luise Goldberg.
Ms. Victoria Brunacci.
